What personal data I collect and why I collect it


This website is hosted on the platform. provides me with the online platform that

allows me to advertise products and services to you and handle customer enquiries. Your data may be

stored through’s data storage, databases and the general applications. They store

your data on secure servers behind a firewall. You can read’s privacy policy here .


When you initiate an enquiry I store the contact information you provide in order to respond to leads

and provide a consistent and professional service. I will keep information on transactions as long as

reasonable for filing and future custom.

I don’t directly collect any bank details through this website and all business payments are handled


Contact forms

When visitors submit a query through the website’s contact form it collects the data shown in the form,

and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.


Website cookies help the business understand how the website serves visitors and what they like to

browse, and therefore they help me to customise and improve your experience of my website. They

don’t allow me to personally identify any visitors and are not harmful to you or your computer/device.

You can block cookies by activating settings in your browser that refuse some or all cookies ( see this

Like many other websites, this website tracks visits to the website using Wix Analytics. This data helps

to pick up problems and optimise this website to be as useful to visitors as possible.

Data collected can include page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction

information and methods used to browse away from the page. However, all this information is

anonymised and we are unable to identify individual visitors through analytics data alone, so this is not

identifiable personal information.

Why we collect user information

How long I retain your data

If you submit a message through the website contact form, the message and its metadata are retained

indefinitely. This is so I can respond to any further related enquiries in future.

Where I send your data

Submissions of the contact form are emailed to the email address listed on the same contact page,

which is checked and responded to by John Cooper. When necessary I’ll then forward your email to

relevant parties proportional to your request.

How I protect your data

When you load this website the connection is encrypted by a 256bit SSL security certificate, making

data transferred between your router and the website’s server unintelligible to anyone else.

A security certificate also encrypts the transfer of emails from this site (e.g contact form submissions)

to my email account, but the security of any subsequent forwarding of email is dependent on the

security of those respective external email services.

Your rights with respect to personal data

You have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

● You have the right to know why your personal data is needed, what will happen to it, and how

long it will be retained for.

● Right of access: You have the right to access your personal data that is known to me.

● Right to rectification: you have the right to supplement, correct, have deleted or blocked your

to have your personal data deleted.

controller and transfer it in its entirety to another controller.

● Right to object: you may object to the processing of your data. I comply with this unless there

are justified grounds for processing.
